Training Calendar Our most popular coaching format is a weekly plan tailored to specific race day goals through our online training tool. This is often supplemented with 1:1 coaching sessions, zoning in on specific technical and performance elements of the plan.

Consult with a coach over Skype
For athletes outside of the Yorkshire/Humberside area, we recommend our distance coaching plans. These plans include an initial Skype/phone call with a coach to fully understand your requirements and goals, a tailored coaching plan via email and Skype/phone check-ins to monitor progress.
